Acceptance of Terms: By commissioning Advanced Campervan Conversions for a campervan conversion, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all conversions, services, and products provided by Advanced Campervan Conversions.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to commence any conversion project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to the collection of the converted campervan.
Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your conversion project after commencement, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost will be applicable. This is to account for materials purchased and labor costs incurred.
Warranty: All conversions come with a 12-month warranty covering workmanship and materials. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Any alterations to our work by third parties will void this warranty.
Time Frame: While we aim to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will always communicate any potential delays as soon as we become aware of them.
Materials & Products: We reserve the right to substitute materials or products with those of similar quality, should there be supply issues or if a product has been discontinued.
Ownership of Work: All conversion work remains the property of Advanced Campervan Conversions until full payment has been received.
Liabilities: Advanced Campervan Conversions is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the van during the conversion process. It's recommended to remove all valuables before handing over the vehicle.
Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events outside the defaulting party's reasonable control, including software, hardware, and communications failures, labor disturbances, wars, acts of nature, epidemics, or other force majeure events.
Amendments: Advanced Campervan Conversions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients in writing.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by [Country/State Law]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Country/State].
Acceptance of Vehicle Post Conversion: Once the conversion is completed, the client has a period of 7 days to inspect and accept the vehicle. Any concerns or issues should be reported within this period.
